Evidence-based. Period.

Welcome, I’m Danielle Howe. I’m a public health and social policy researcher passionate about menstrual and, reproductive health.

My PhD research, Endo@Work, focuses on co-designing and testing workplace policy and education materials to support people with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. This site is where I share my research, highlight resources, and advocate for more inclusive and equitable systems for people who menstruate, are transitioning through menopause, or live with gynaecological health-related chronic conditions such as endometriosis.

“Support isn’t just a perk — it’s a policy.”
Together, we’re building workplaces that understand endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.
